Camera and Photos: Our application requires access to your device's camera to capture images of your food for nutritional analysis. The image processing is performed directly on your device (On-device AI) to calculate portion sizes and identify food types. We do NOT upload, store, or share your personal photos with external servers.
Usage Data: We may anonymously collect basic crash reports and analytics to improve the app's performance.
We use the camera data strictly to provide the core functionality of the app: identifying food and calculating nutritional values. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Since the primary AI analysis occurs offline on your device, the risk of data interception is minimized. Any communication with backend services for nutritional databases is secured using industry-standard encryption.
